Solidsvac manufacture a range of vacuum loading IECEx Zone 0 & 1 Certified solids pumps and solids handling equipment.
Our performance leading venturis deliver super-efficient high vacuum and airflows. This combination is capable of capturing and conveying a wide range of materials. The high degree of mobility makes them invaluable in both day to day, problematic or emergency operations.
Air operated, solids handling pumps include the Patented low-wearing, energy-efficient, SV range. In addition to these are the SV6000, Max-Vac Self-Loading Tanker, our ultra versatile Vac-Pack, and DVU Hoppers. The DV Hoppers are ideal for bag, drum or return to belt spill recovery operations. SV40, SV50 & SV60-SP

CSV150-CVCD
The “MEAN MACHINE” Uses 50% Less Compressed Air
- The “continuous” function of the CVCD Solids Handling Pump will save you up to 50% on compressed air usage whilst pumping 35-50 m3/h of high solids content sludges & slurries. This can be over both significant distance and high heads.
- The compact SV150 is 100% air operated and comes standard with 316 SS vessels. These ULTRA-EFFICIENT, LOW WEAR Solids Pumps deliver 25″Hg of super strong Vacuum.

SV200-SPDK
The SV200-SPDK will move 25-35,000 L/H of Flowable Entrained Solids
- Our Solidsvac SV200-SPDK is a 100mm (4″) solids handling pump that is ideal for the rapid recovery and transfer of heavy sludges and slurries from tank farms, tailings dams and effluent ponds. It will work equally well on large-scale digesters and general high-volume or high-lift applications.
- An SV200 solids pump is a highly mobile and versatile one-person operation, fully automatic with manual controls optional. The SV200 is IECEx Zone 0 & 1 Certified and available in a range of Jet Pack configurations from 130 to 380cfm to suit YOUR application.
- The SV200 solids handling pump is 100% pneumatically operated and features 316 vessel and valves as standard along with single lever manual and automatic controls.
SV440-CVCD
THE SOLIDSVAC SV440-CVCD “GREAT WHITE”
- The SV440 is a 100mm (4″) heavy duty super-efficient Energy Saving, Solids Pump with a ferocious appetite for the vacuum loading and pressure transfer of high volumes of aggressive flowable media.
- With the ability to move up to 70 m3/Hr. of slurries and sludges containing 70% solids whilst enduring little to no wear, makes the SV440 a formidable piece of equipment.
- 100% air operated, IECEx Zone 0 & 1 Certified and delivering 25″+Hg of continuous vacuum means you move more material using less energy. The single lever operation and inability to be damaged by dry running means the unit can operate un-manned for extended periods on a range of high volume applications.
